The NFSSP Team

	Nick Ainsworth Partnership Development Manager Nick has been involved in Secondary teaching of PE since 1993 and became Head of PE at Testwood Sports College in 1997. He has a wide range of experience including a year teaching 6th Form PE in Australia in 2001. He has been involved with the school sport partnership since 2005 before becoming the Partnership Development Manager in 2007.

Dan Rowling

Assistant Partnership Development Manager
Dan has been teaching Physical Education since 2001, three of those as Head of PE. Whilst in the Cheltenham area his extensive experience includes involvement in the launch of the South Worcestershire School Sports Partnership as an SSCo. In his current role he has been based at Noadswood School A Sports College since 2006 where he continues to deliver national school sports strategies to secondary and primary schools in the New Forest.

	Sara Warry Admin Officer Sara has come to us from DB Schenker, where she worked as Personal Assistant to the Business Manager. She has a keen interest in sport, having studied PE at Chichester University. She currently plays competitive basketball, and enjoys playing most other sports at a recreational level. Sara is based at Testwood Sports College.

Community Coaches
Multi Skills tel: 02380 665499 Currently the Multi Skills programme is being delivered by Eastleigh Football Club. In addition to Eastleigh FC we have Ryan Elliot Level 3 Advance Fitness Instructor and QTS in PE. email: Ryan	Jon Talbot tel: 02380 667532 Jon joined Totton Tennis Centre from College onto a Tennis coaching apprenticeship which was also supported by Testwood Sports College. He became fully qualified in December 2006 as an LTA Level 3 Club Development Coach and is currently Head of the Schools Programme and a Community Coach.	Chris Wheeler tel: 07869 122447 Chris works for the Hampshire Cricket Board as a community Coach for the New Forest district. Chris's work ensures good transition of players from school to community clubs. He is a high level cricketer in his time away from coaching.	Andy Headley tel: 07894 001323 Andy is a Level 2 coach. He delivers an extensive Rugby development programme across the district in partnership with the New Forest Rugby Development Group. He also plays Regional League Rugby.

Ken is head coach at Waterside Table Tennis Club and has coached at all levels from Primary school beginner to Senior International for 30 years. He is also ETTA Southern Region Coach.
